Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to aftrdsk.com and purchases made from Aftrdsk (“Aftrdsk,” “we,” “us” or “our”). The store is operated from California, United States, using Shopify’s ecommerce platform.

By visiting, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store. Other policies linked here—including our Privacy, Shipping and Returns policies—form part of the information available before purchase.

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the store with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Please provide current, accurate information and use the site only for lawful purposes.

Do not interfere with the site’s operation or security; introduce malicious code; submit false payment or contact information; impersonate another person; scrape or exploit content without permission; or use the store in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store or a third party, or to investigate suspected misuse.

We take care with descriptions, measurements and imagery. Even so, color and detail can appear differently across screens and lighting conditions. Measurements are approximate, and natural variations in fabric, finish and construction are part of physical garments.

Before ordering, review the product description, fabric and care information, fit notes and our Size Guide. Product-specific measurements take priority over a general guide.

Availability can change. We may limit quantities, discontinue a style or correct a product detail. If a correction materially affects an order already placed, we will contact you with the options required by law.

Prices may be displayed in a currency you select or one associated with your location. The final currency and amount appear at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply a separate exchange rate or conversion fee.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other costs are shown before payment where available. International orders may also attract customs duties, import taxes or brokerage charges. Those amounts may be collected at checkout or charged to the recipient by the carrier or local authority. Our Shipping Policy explains the distinction.

Your order is an offer to purchase. The automated confirmation means we received that offer; acceptance normally occurs when payment is authorized and fulfillment begins, or when we otherwise confirm it.

We may limit, refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason such as suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or an inventory or pricing error. If we cancel after capturing payment, we will refund the cancelled amount to the original payment method.

Check the address and item details before paying. We will try to accommodate a prompt correction, but cannot guarantee changes after processing begins. More detail is available in our Payment & Order Policy.

By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected method and authorize the disclosed order amount. Shopify and our payment providers process payment information; Aftrdsk generally does not receive your complete card number.

A bank may place an authorization hold even if an order is later cancelled. The release timing is controlled by the bank or payment provider.

Our Shipping Policy explains processing, estimates, tracking, customs and delivery issues. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the 30-day store return window, condition requirements and refund process.

Your mandatory rights come first: nothing in these Terms removes a cancellation right, legal guarantee, conformity right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded in your country or region.

A promotion or discount code may have its own eligibility, exclusions, minimum spend and end date. Unless the offer says otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, converted to cash or applied after an order has been placed.

We may correct or withdraw an offer where the law permits, including when there is a clear error, fraud or misuse. A correction will not be used to charge you more without your agreement.

The Aftrdsk name, logos, product names, photography, graphics, writing, layout and other original store content are owned by or licensed to Aftrdsk and protected by intellectual-property law.

You may browse and purchase for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, modification, publication, distribution or commercial exploitation requires our prior written permission unless the law expressly allows it.

If you submit a review, image, comment or suggestion, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate, lawful and respectful of other people’s rights.

You grant Aftrdsk a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, adapt, publish and display that submission in connection with our business, subject to our Privacy Policy. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms, but we are not required to publish every submission.

The store connects with providers for ecommerce hosting, checkout, payment, delivery, analytics, advertising and social features. It may also link to external websites. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

We choose providers to support the store, but cannot control every external website or service. Review third-party terms before using a feature that takes you away from Aftrdsk.

We work to keep the store available, accurate and secure. Maintenance, provider outages, network conditions and events outside our control can interrupt access. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis.

This does not affect an express product promise or a statutory guarantee attached to your purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aftrdsk and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising solely from use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent the law allows.

Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or another liability that cannot legally be limited.

Where the law allows, you agree to protect Aftrdsk from third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful misuse of the store, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights.

This provision does not apply to ordinary consumer use and will not operate where prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in California, United States, without applying conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, that choice does not take away mandatory protections or a forum available under the laws of your place of residence.

If something feels unresolved, contact us before beginning a formal claim. A direct conversation often produces the quickest and fairest answer for both sides.

We may update these Terms when our services, practices or legal obligations change. The revised version will appear here and apply prospectively unless the law requires otherwise. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
